The gym is not really just some task that I discipline myself to do

Unlike many people it's not something that I dread but do just because I want certain results.

I go to the gym because I discovered it is highly essential for my pschological well being and mood.

Being able to feel better and relaxed after a good workout is my main motivator. Feeling good after doing something is probably the strongest motivator lol [end rant]
