Have any of you seen a chiropractor before?

How good was it? My back constantly hurts, but most importantly I constantly feel like I have this bone in the middle of my chest that needs to "crack" but I'm scared of bending my back too much so I won't break my spine or something😅

Yes, I was treated after a car accident over a period of time. My primary doctor made the referral after an exam. Sounds like you need to see a doctor to see what's the best treatment plan is after an exam.

How were you injured?

@zeeva70 I wasn't injured, my back just constantly feels "out of place" for lack of a better word to describe the feeling

I've seen quite a few... and they were all good, basically. The only problem I had was with one that scheduled too many in the same hour. If it's crowded and hectic, don't go back.

If you don't know what exactly your problem is, please don't try to fix it yourself. At a good one, even within many patients, you should get in within 48 hours.
