My life feels empty an meaningless

@SW-User That's the thing, you might be at a stage in life which needs a different phase, So maybe you need to explore.. Whatever you do your health and wealth comes First, Anything else is secondary. Is there something you're missing, that you feel the need to have? Cause it's important to have that, and believe it or not buddy, you're not alone and males are never lost, it's the rest of the world that is.
