The gym is becoming my life honestly

I breathe better I feel better. It's come to the point where I can't wait for rest days to be over so I can be back in the gym!

Rest day? Different muscle groups on different days then you can train through. Don't forget 'legs'!

Much better than making bars or clubs your life. I hit the gym even on Friday evenings.

Rest days make me sad. I usually end up doing light cardio or yoga.
