Not really. Sometimes people just feel upset when you're disagree with them. It's just an attempt to throw insult, that's not mean you actually a troll

People using it in such an offensive way completely tears down the idea of people that just wanna joke around or simply disagree with you and if u get offended then their the troll. Its like the new sjw movement in disguise, as they claim their not one.

Key thing is calling someone a troll for disagreeing is a low blow and cowardly completely erradicating any sensible discussion by putting themself up on a pedestal.
@wakanda4eva I'm not aware of the context and won't go into that one. All I know is both troll and snowflake as a lot of other expressions are thrown around easily on this site.
