I know, they are hideous. The only thing that helps me is to sleep in a dark cool room and not be disturbed. And pain meds, if I have them. Hugs to you.

Thank you ma’am I need to go to a doctor I’ve been getting them a lot recently my anxiety triggers it and plus I stress so easily it’s very hard I have sunglasses on so I can see my screen and it won’t irritate my eyes@Mbingh01

i took an extended trip overseas [i](half-way around the world)[/i] … when i ret'd to usa, the migraines had diminished by 90% … think it had something to do with ecology o' atmosphere o' climate o' whatever.
