what is the difference between 'feminine' and 'girly'

no they dont.
Feminine, takes in ladies of any ages, those that act woth any of the many ways a woman shows that aspect of herself
Girly, refers to a persons whos actions signal, Early adutlhood, sort of more innocent, school gil ish.
this is not to say older women wont be like thisl. many strive to be
girly
long after they are fully adult
