How is this to send to people renting houses? I'm not sure about the highlighted part especially.

Good evening, I am a 20-year-old student particularly interested in your high standard apartment because of nearby amenities, proximity to public transportation, and its beautiful, secure atmosphere.

As well as being prepared to move in the first day this apartment is available I can also pay rent 3 months in advance. I am currently not working but can provide proof of my savings,[c=#359E00] which are more than enough to pay for the entire 1-year lease.[/c]

I have no pets, and although I enjoy socializing, I like my home to be a peaceful place.

Though this would be the first time I rent a place I understand that by entering into a tenancy, I will be taking on legal responsibilities. I am aware that I will need to:

• pay the full rent on time,

• not unreasonably disturb others,

• care for your property, and

• otherwise, follow the Residential Tenancy Act and the terms of my tenancy agreement.
From what I gather, this sort of thing is now necessary. The letter sounds great. You may also think about providing some character references in lieu of a rental history. It's easier to get married.

I was not suggesting you marry instead of signing a lease. Just drawing a comparison.@Mamapolo2016

I left the highlighted part in the pitch for my apartment, and probably managed to get it as a result, as I was a bit shy of the income requirement.

Why use a note? Just give a bajillion references, show proof of your financial stabality, and pay upfront for a 6 month lease.
