:) Best is to express direct experiences. If can't live it in real then, read a lot of M&B and let your imagination go wild to pour all out.
Even can watch some movies to think of various sorts of continuum to them All later to split them as solo ones.

Seriously though maybe you just have writers block! Grab some fresh air, take a walk .... exercise always helps me think more clearly leaving room for more creativity
