Ask him for some advice on where it wouldbe a safe and affordable place to live. Ask him about his first time moving out, it might make you feel a little more confident. If it's something you're seriously not up to do then maybe ask him if you can pay half the bills or do extra chores around the place in exchange for a roof over your head. The cool thing about this option is that it would benefit both parties.

Tell him that you're moving in with your bf, because u don't want to be alone in the apartment. So maybe he'll reconsider.

tell him about your insecuties and hopefully he will understand. Tell him that stability is very important for you and you do not want to feel orphaned..

get a pet a cat or something to help reduce the stress , sharing your love can do wonders
