A social theory

Hmmm... good theory. When I apply it to myself I have to say it makes sense. I kind of moan and groan about mondays, but to be honest, I don't mind them. I get a lot of peace and quiet in my office and that's kind of a welcome thing after a hectic weekend with lots of noise and craziness. So I guess I don't know why I act like Mondays suck so bad. Maybe it is just social condition or something?

Counter-example. I really like Mondays because I plan on a weekly basis and I have the whole week ahead of me to do the things I plan to.

Monday is my day off but it's usually miserable because I have to take care of my mom.

I don't mind Mondays, honestly, although I often spend Sunday evening dreading the next day.

Thats cataclysmically dumb. People hate mondays because its the first day of the working week, and for most people work isn't something they enjoy, or at least not as much as they enjoy time spent on their own amusements

or because it's the end of the weekend.
