Are you glad EP is gone?

No I am not. Many things ruined that site, namely the Metoo app-which was not needed. it brought millions of people to that site that had no interest in keeping the site a support site, as it was. In time all the feature we had were gone. and site became a generic babysitting community. All of the old timers. those that came and really built the site- as they were active, used it for what it was intended, and PAID. monthly, as there was value To pay for, left. This was not their EP. They did not belong there anymore. A support site had become a refuge for FB and YT flamers and trolls. Social media had replaced the mall, on TV before it, as babysitters, just as this site is a babysitter.

Sometime, after that app, the EP staff just stopped caring. There were internal wars and conflicts. staffer vs staffer. Staff began not adhere to their own TOS. And Community standards. reports to MS. who issues the licence to operate a site such as EP , were made, finally the licence was pulled.

The app, and the negligence of the staff are to blame for the downfall of EP. And no I am not glad it is gone. But I am angry the second app, the Metoo app, was ever created. (The first one, in 2009, the confessions app, was fine) The app forced EP mamg to rape the PC users of the functions and features the site had sine it's inception. So they left and took their money with them.

It got where a person needed hip-waders just to spend time there.

The management had lost control over the site, violations of TOS were tolerated even when reported directly to mods.
