How do you treat the waiters in a restaurant?

Cant stand people who treat waiters shop assistants etc etc like crap. The elitist attitude is enough to make u hope the waiter tips some hot soup on thier ignorant heads

I waited tables for several yrs so i know how it feels. I always treat them great. They work hard and take alot of bullcrap.

With respect, as long as they do their job and are courteous. If they're pricks, all bets are off.

I treat them respectfully. I would have reminded my friend that they could spit in her food too.
