One of my favourite meals my mum cooked was fresh breadcrumbed huss and home made chips;with a little ketchup I was in heaven.It was always wednesdays she cooked it,because she bought the fish from the market that day.One time,after I had been smoking with a few mates earlier,I finished the meal and told her just how good the huss was.She told me it was chicken in breadcrumbs,not huss...amazing,the power of belief :)
