For the past 4 days. My right thumb has been very numb and falls asleep. My hand is fine. Its not bc I slept on it. It happens whenever I lay down. 😒

Both vascular and nerve issues can cause this.

Sounds like a trapped nerve.
Manipulate and exercise your hand maybe. Pull on your thumb to unwrap a nerve maybe? See a dr is probably best!

maybe allergies?

Yeah, I'd be concerned about poor circulation.
