not really. but you can go low profile by paying cash for everything and not carrying a phone to track your movements.

Not that easy these days in the U.S. unless you are willing to live off the land. And there are few places you could do that without attracting attention.

Even if you had a pile of money, you'd have to pay cash for everything. Be tough to carry all that dough around with you everwhere.
