NO ! You only have to look at the freak show Barry Manilow has become to make that conclusion !But that is when people take it too far.
Plastic surgery has its place.
But in concept. Such as disfiguring accidents or cancer treatment. Not for personal vanity.

Sure, lots of people....like burn victims as an example. Almost all of Hollywood has had things done. Do you think they look good?

Yes. The best jobs I've seen are where the person doesn't look like they'be had "work done". One friend just looks the same way she did at 39 (she's 62). The results were that subtle.
