Just reading about Channel 4 exclusive on database apparently marking individuals to target for deterrence from voting. Perfect. Democracy... anyone?! And not just in name...

I get why this would be seen as an insult but I can't help but think it was taken wrongly because it was coming from the opposing party.
Gangs are a problem in everyone's community and there have been Intel here about the recruitment process for kids as young as 7 simply because they can't get arrested. (UK) it doesn't sound good but they do need to be brought down, once you do that you then can start focusing on what causes them to go into those gangs.
Everything can be misconstrued... When out of context. It sounds racist and prejudice but if you check it in 96 things were so bad in the US. I dunno id have to see the actual content.

@PhilDeep it would sound bad when you hear that then someone says that's in reference to African Americans...
Is that all black people or specific Intel on known black gangs. There's a difference. And if this mentality is the reason for fueling the police brutality then yes I can see why people would be incredibly angry and that's why they need to investigate properly.
