Mindfulness = meditation

Two years ago I came to a fork in the road and I sought help. At the end of the road I said goodbye to my therapist right after that she told me that my meditation was no good. Well, I put into practise the main lesson of the many sessions and put down my boundary. I quit seeing my shrink during the pandemic. She got pregnant and didn't complain about my decision somehow. Was it all about herself all the time? BOUNDARIES - those are very important indeed.
