"I gots to know". Its from a dirty harry movie. Clint eastwood chases down a crimminal exchanging gunfire in the process. The guy is wounded and falls on the sidewalk and is crawling towards his 🔫. Clint stands over him and makes this impressive speech about how he kbows what the guy is thinking, if he has any bullets left in his gun. So he adks the guy if he feels lucky and the gut relaxes his grip on the gun and surrenders.
