I Am Nervous

I want to come out to my parents about me being Transgender but I don't know how they would react and they don't believe in it. What should I do? I could really use some comfort right now.

I'm not the best at talking to people face to face about stuff like this. Do u think if I wrote a long letter with every little piece of who I am on the inside, do u think it would ease a little of the pain of coming out?

Try that

I have my counselor at school I really trust and she doesn't tell my parents anything unless I want her to

Sit down with them and tell it's you who's feeling this way... if by chance they dismiss the topic without supporting you... then is there an adult in your life that you feel comfortable discussing this with?

They are 100% christians and I tried bringing up the transgender topic and asked what they thought about it and they just shot it down with no hesitation and moved to a different subject.
