I Hold In My Anger And Then The Anger Turns To Tears

Better than holding all that anger in forever. Though I've noticed now that when I get really angry, i tend to swear rather than cry. This never happened when I was younger, I wouldn't say a word when I was angry.

Yes sometimes I am like that because if I dont cry the only other way to get rid of it is violence which I dont like .I hate violence .
