On occasion, I head up along the Hudson River into the Hudson Valley by train, AMTRAK out of NY Penn Station. Fare is good for me. I grew up with a fascination for and about Railroads. I watched the NYCRR Become the PC (Penn Central) when merged with the Pennsylvania Railroad. My brother is just like this. He's so fascinated by trains that he took his wife(then gf) to a beautiful spot just outside town, where they both sat down and watched trains go by from atop a hill. 🥰
