I Need Help, Please Help Me

I’ve suffered from a lifelong problem that I’ve carried around every day of my life, especially during the summer.

I am addicted and obsessed with women’s feet. During the summer, I can’t help but stare down at painted toenails and the silky soft skin. But it’s made my life hell. Please help me by sharing any advice if you have any.

I do find women feet attractive but that's too much.
I guess, you should work on self control, something achievable yet most chose not to.

Start associated them with something you really dislike.
Every time you see them think of them as the most vile thing you can think of.
