Where I’m from the ministry of health app has an online doctor which you say your symptoms to, it records the symptoms gives you a possible diagnosis with an appointment to see a doctor or general practitioner (at late hours) immediately. You can access the government approved price of all medication too (considering all medication is free in government hospitals).
