I Enjoy Swimming

We have our own pool in the back yard but for a long time I only used it once in a while. Now with the kids all grown up, I find that I really enjoy swimming several times a week, and it has helped me loose some weight and get toned up.

We have our own pool also and I love to go swimming every day that I have time and the weather permits.
