I don't feel good. I'm having PMS. Music can't help me much either. I'm seeing stars.

Okay...chocolate. Hot water bottle, heating pad. Advil....Pamprin...We don't have those at the moment. Can I take paracetamol. Mum don't like me taking paracetamol so often.

You can tale that, but bear in mind it is an acetaminophen-and that is not as good for your symptom as Ibuprofen. But the later is also harder on your stomach. Which is why you take it with a lot of water. And a meal-if possible.
So you can take it- but it may take more doses for it to be effective. Yes- no protein for a few days is OK But do not do away with it all together.

Acetaminophen...Oh okay. This is temporary only. I will look back all the advise in here and try each of them. I hope the nearby pharmacy have all the meds mentioned in here.

Thank you Meow. Yeah. Been having it for couple of days, but today is worse, don't know why. I've taken paracetamol. But I can't take it everyday, mum will make noise. She said, it's not good to take it everyday. I want to try other meds like our friends here said. I hope I can find it here at the pharmacy near us. Thank you again Meow. I appreciate if.
