@khaledkhaled Why so upset over this? Its not like any of this is real. Its just a bunch of religious gibberish set down by a bunch of desert folk who didn't know any better.

@Allelse well you can tell me who is the first one who made a law? Who made it bad to steal as long as I benefit from it?!! Isn't our creator?

@khaledkhaled Our ancestors did. Hell I'm sure even old King Ghezo had laws against thieving, atleast thieving from him, I dont know how he felt about his folk stealing from each other. But ours are a social lot and if we're all stealing and thumping each other over the head then we cant anything done, so our ancestors put together social rules to curb such destructive behaviour. Every society has laws, some are a tad outdated and do more damage than good, but giving them a 'divine origin' was I suppose an attempt to give the rules more 'UMPH!!' and get more people to obey them. And your Islamic gibberish is nothing more than a basic nomadic system of law mixed with some good old fashioned, Abrahamic religion. I mean the codes of Hammurabi are a hell of alot more civilise than any of the rules you find in the bloody Quran and they were written WELL before Muhammad and his lot went off to conquer the world.
