Get the Flock outa here! [Spirituality & Religion]

Pastor Rodney Howard-Browne declared the River Tampa Church in Florida would "never close" during his fire-and-brimstone sermon on Monday, despite being urged to do so after at least 86 US deaths.
Now I dont know about the rest of you. But I see this as proof that either God doesnt exist, or he is a real S O B for letting this moron continue to breathe.🤔

Gotta keep that cash rolling in brother 🙌

How in the world of logic does that prove that a God does not exist, apart from to a limited or highly prejudiced intelligence?
Speedyman · 70-79, M
Well as you have less than nothing I guess that makes me one up! 🤣🤣🤣
Now quit trolling and do something useful @whowasthatmaskedman

@Speedyman Very good! One up from "I know you are, but what am I" ? Keep it up . You are doing your cred a ton of good with these gems.

Next week's sermon...?

"Infected by the Holy Spirit"
At least he has faith his god will protect him, which is more than can be said of those churches that shut up shop to protect themselves from the coronavirus. ;)

@NortiusMaximus I suppose we could say that since he and his parishoners are such believers, they might welcome the chance at a personal meeting with God in the immediate future.
purplepen · 51-55, F
@whowasthatmaskedman That is possible. But I hope they learn to be sensible.

The Church of England has stopped normal services but is keeping its churches open. I don't know if other denominations are following suit.

@ArishMell
The Church of England has stopped normal services
Surely now is the time they should be increasing their efforts to appease their god.
ArishMell · 70-79, M
@Sharon LOL! Internet and radio services? Not quite the same as being physically part of a congregation of course.

Anyway the buildings are still open so at least those who wish can go in and pray privately.

It is very likely that Pastor Rodney has a different version of God.
