If the mental and emotional pain was so bad at the time , why would you think of going back there again [Spirituality & Religion]

@Spoiledbrat Je - Your on the ball . You never avoid someone or else when you do there usually put in your way . I'm trying to avoid a lot people . See when you sit on your own it's then the thinking comes in about other person or person's . I've a lot of time on my own and when I do it's pain pain and more pain and then my mind plays tricks and gets very angry over the situations . Then I ends up calling myself weak that i didnt do more about it . It's a vicious cycle

@Quizzical but I'm the one left bitter taking the poison. Do you know the sane when you have grudge . It's like pissing in your pants the only one that feels it is you and they be off sleeping when your awake all night

I only did because my new neighbors at the time started acting weird and saying things they shouldn’t have been saying. And I’d already experienced something similar to this. It just wasn’t stopping. @calicuz
