@4menandyou I find it remarkable that Leftists and their media lackeys go after and insult Vice-President Pence when he mention his religious faith but give Nancy Pelosi and the rest of her gang a total pass when they repeatedly bring their "faith" and God into political discussions, whether it be infanticide (of which the "devout Catholic" Nancy Pelosi is all for ... maybe she will have time to read what Pope Francis just said on that topic!) or the border wall and illegal immigrants, the environment, and so on.

@ISpeakTheTruth That part I know. Pelosi and a majority of democrats in Congress are funded by huge multi-national corporations, whose only goal is to increase their own profits by eliminating borders so that no tariffs need to be paid.

She understands the use and practice of the fine art of backhanded compliments disguised to look good to her constituents (namely the Democratic party).
She's also using this tool to attempt to endear herself to the other constituency, the Religious Right, who they abandoned and insulted publicly during the last election.
A form of an apology? I think not. That would mean having to admit they were wrong and that appears to be beyond their skill set.

@abe182 I think you are being kind. Words I have used in describing her include the viper, the mummy, the back-stabbing two-faced snake, and many more. But if she believes she is reaching the conservatives in the country by pretending she cares about Trump so much she is praying for him, that ship sailed for her long ago. No one who cares so deeply about late term abortion and wants to butcher viable babies, (when the United States is clamoring for babies for adoption), is on God's Christmas Card List.
