I have been having terrible death anxiety lately. I'm far too aware of my own mortality. [Spirituality & Religion]

@juiceyangel333 The idea that I might cease to exist entirely, that maybe there's no afterlife, no heaven, no reincarnation, no...nothing at all, makes me feel panicked. And not just about myself, but to everyone. How can we all come into existence, grow and learn and become who we are, if it all just disappears?

@BlueMetalChick I don't think it all just disappears. Think of it as energy which just changes form.

@BlueMetalChick I believe it, mostly because of losing my mother. I believe her energy is still around
