I Am American

If a American renounced their citzenship do they have the right to come back to USA as much they want? Like what rights do former Americans have?

There's no point in denouncing citizenship, that's what duals are for.

What if that person doesn't want to ever come to USA ever agian?

I dunno then, I'm sure there's a way but I'd imagine if you ever came back you'd need a passport and whatnot like you were visiting from another country.

But if you get citizenship of another country they give you passport of their country you can use that

Can you denounce your citizenship?
Mariocrespo8546 · 31-35, M
What do you mean?

@Mariocrespo8546: I don't think you can officially denounce your citizenship to a country. Sure you can get citizenship elsewhere but I think citizenship sticks with you.

@RandomGuyMaybe: but I heard if a born was born in USA & they renounced it! You have to get visa like any immigrant going to the USA.
