Western girls are cultivated to wear immodest clothing from very early in their lives. You can see it everywhere with skimpy tops, very short, shorts. In other words, the more skin the better. When they get older it is the same story of skin exposure except it is with tighter clothing. The thing is that nothing is thought of it because that is what "they" all wear. I drive a school bus and see it every day.
