I Broke Something

So my fiance had an absolute line. Nobody could cross it. If people didn't write her back, they were no longer friends.

I've learnt that we have exceptions for some people. Some are 'special friends'.

But what I've also seen is something else happen: she doesn't write back.

I've been there as guidance towards a kinder understanding for other people - generally.

I have absolutely no idea what to do in this situation though, where she has absolutely crossed her own line.

Any ideas? Please post below. Anything. :)
