I Don't Know Where To Post This

Hi everyone, thank you so much for your support on my previous post about the antidepressants. I've decided that I'm going to take them for now. I don't want to get used to it, but I want to use it until I get in a better mental state. They're coming in only 11 hours. Until then, I guess I'm just gonna try to think positive thoughts. :)

Talk to your doctor so you can eventually have a "transition strategy" for getting off the drugs at some point in the future.

@Supervixen: Didn't a doctor prescribe the drugs? At some point you could phone him/her.

True, but I don't have phone either... You heard me right, no phone in this day and age. xD Probably the only way I could talk to a doctor is an online doctor, if that even exists.

@Supervixen: @Supervixen: Yes, they do. Lithium is a natural substance that works well for many people. Good luck with it. And I went without Internet, a phone and a car for over a year while I was very sick last year. It can be isolating. Hope things get better for you as they did for me. I take holy basil capsules for depression and they work well for me.
