I Ran a 5k Race
It was actually a 7k but I ran a race today because I let a friend talk me into it. I am way more tired then I thought I’d be lol. It was fun but sometimes I forget I don’t do a lot of running

@startswithone well I did a 10 mile run when I was in the army, averaged over 9 min per mile
