I Do Not Know What To Do

I don't know what to do with my retail job. My last day was scheduled on Friday, but for some reason I wanted to stay. However, since I've been off for this week, I've been thinking more and more of how everything went from day one. I have not been trained quite well on anything there. When I had trouble with a purchase and didn't know what to do, there were no workers to help me because the managers were low on staff that day. And the only positive comment I received from a manager was, because of my personality, I got along with the other workers, which great but in the end it's a bad sign that my I suck at work. I don't know what to do, to either just throw in the towel and go with something more pleasant, or stay.
