Ive been trying to get back to sleep since 3amBut when my mind wanders, it goes to the places we used to go together. I can't enjoy those memories anymore. It sucks when someone ruins your favorite places for you. Sorry, 5 am cortisol levels really aren't helping. 😐🥱

48 hour of no sleepI have slept in two days. I'm so tired but every time I try and fall asleep my mind goes crazy. Did you do this, did you clean that, did you check on the hamster. Over and over. I can't keep this up I need sleep
