I Make Bad Decisions

I made a decision to move to another department at work 14 yrs ago. Now because I am in another state and another bargaining unit at work, I can't go back and am now stuck here. A huge part of me wants to quit but I can't because of family and responsibilities. So I am totally stuck being miserable. Thank you life. 😫
