@beckyromero I don't follow much Russian politics. However he is way more talkative than Gorbachev was, as in less hidden, not secretive etc..

@beckyromero the politics here in the U.S., is difficult enough to swallow, and digest. Plus I work a lot. It's not a priority for me. As well the CIA is our president, so it's really no different here.
Perhaps Vlad wants to go low key, and call Joe a career politician, and not go low like Biden answering a question if he thinks Putin is a killer by going”...uh huh, I do”. Biden answered the question if he thought that Putin is a killer in the question put to him in an interview. He did not actually call him a killer.

It is sort of a case of the pot calling the kettle black I guess although whether Putin, as an authoritarian dictator for several years, still technically qualifies for the dictionary definition of politician, I don't know. I suppose they do have elections there, although they are pretty well just for show!

The only career Putin has pursued is in the KGB, where he was a lieutenant colonel. Since the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991 he has remained in the KGB, eventually rising to the rank of Russian President.
