Should half the House and Senate seats be reserved for women?

Since we'll never actually get equal representation in slow steps, Why not?

I would hesitate on that only because if women started taking 60 and 70% as a result, men would then demand they also get a 50% minimum. That and it could eliminate some people with desirable policy.

@ViciDraco That is the problem with any kind of allocation system. It cuts both ways.
