Are the Democrats still the party that would rather lose twice to Trump than get Bernie Sanders elected?

And didn't they pull it off twice?
Won't they still be Republicans in 2024?

Sanders is a socialist he will never get elected based on that but alot of his policy proposals have been adopted by democrats.
