Is he physically incapable of doing a speech that long? Is he mentally incapable of doing a speech that long? Are his handlers afraid that patriots will storm the Capitol and the National Guard will support the patriots? Is the Camel planning on doing it herself after invoking the 25th Amendment?
The capitol police chief is claiming threats but has no evidence to back it up. We are to just take her word for it. Sure sounds like she is setting the stage so Biden has an excuse.
I don't think Biden will last until midterms. Not a chance. They knew he was compromised last summer which is why they hid him. The fix was in do why show how screwed up he actually is?
The selection of Harris was a 2024 move to have a woman of color for reelection. So you can bet they'll be promoting racial division like crazy because she's clearly an unqualified hack.
I doubt they do the SOTU address with Biden unless they're ready to pull the plug on him and have the Camel jump in.

{@jackj] well lets be honest here if you make a speech it does not need to be long winded .you can say what you need too and make your point . if there is a threat to your commandeering chiefs safety no matter your political persuasion would you you be prepared when there is a threat of danger to condemn him for not making a speech
I would have to say..............all of the above. I can't think of any President that has been more inept than this ding dong. It would be interesting to see what he would do if the teleprompter went down and if he had reporters that were not hand picked and were allowed to ask unscripted questions.
