If they didn't have to give them welfare and they could pay their own way then taxes would be much lower in California. So do you want them to quit paying for the southern states? Do you remember when Reagan took away your tax break for the interest paid on your car loan. He was also the president who thought it was a wonderful idea to tax unemployment benefits for the many people out of work at the time. I believe he also raised taxes on the middle class 5 times under Reagan while the wealthy had a enormous tax break from him. Remember reaganomics the trickle down theory that most of Americans never got damp off of. I do and it created the income inequality that we are living with now. So you don't need to warn me about how Democrats want to tax me they can do no worse to me than Republicons have.

Rich people do not pay taxes, they hire dozens of tax attorneys to find ways to avoid paying taxes, just ask moneybags joe. Poor people do not pay taxes, they do not make enough to pay taxes. No since Reagan's tax cuts on them they just want to suck all the money out of the business for themselves.
