Wild Fires in Utah, Is Utah not raking their forests?

Since Utah is a red state, I wonder if Trump will accuse Utah of poor forest management and not raking the forest floor enough?

I rake my garden and there have been no forest fires in it so I think that it's solid advice. It has nothing to do with the fact that I live in England and you can barely have a barbecue without the rain pissing it out ☔

Turns out it got started by an Orem police officer, who was target shooting at the department official range. No word on what kind of ammunition he was using.

This is why it's referred to as the Range fire.
