Posting about Trump won't change his severe mental illness, but if it changes just a few voter's minds before the election, Trump may end up being a failed one-term president.

Is he more foolish than someone saying, “to know what’s in this bill, we have to pass it?” Is he more foolish than someone saying, “men can menstruate, or men can have babies?” Is he more foolish than those who say, “if you protest against the lockdown, you are putting others lives at risk because you’ll spread the virus, but if you protest because of a cause which we are behind, that’s okay?” There are many more examples of foolishness and hypocrisy, but you get the picture.
