When does a "secret side deal" = No deal?

When his deal was exposed, as not a new deal, he started tweeting about some secret part, that he will be revealing soon. In show business, it's referred to as the Big Reveal, you know, when the DNA results are revealed, and the redneck is not the father of the other redneck's twins...
