Would you say DJT isn't fulfilling his oath to uphold the constitution?

I mean he's slowly dismantling it. Should be left up to the states in then end; preferably by referendum. Once the economic results occur, we will see what happens?

As much as I dislike Trump, this was left up to the states in 2016, and he won the electoral college. It will be left up to the states again next year by design.

@SW-User yes! thank you for your rational response. he needs to let the investigation finish though. So other things can get done.

Many other presidents somehow managed to conduct regular business while also dealing with oversight and investigations. The only reason this is being viewed differently is because this particular president is a thin-skinned whiner who chooses to cry about it every time a camera is pointed at him. @jehova

@SW-User certainly, but he should be being held in contempt of congress anyway. So they have to start inflicting the same in return to try to get him to stop, is my logic.

@jehova Since you evidently have not heard, the investigation has been completed and the report given to the doj.

@katielass the mueller investigation is over yes, but follow-up(investigation) on the obstruction charges are still ongoing and might be done already if the trump would just cooperate with court order. He will have to anyway. He's trying to run out the clock. Holding the citizens hostage.

@jehova If there were evidence to warrant an indictment and charges he would have been indicted and charged. mueller left it open for political purposes. I suggest you look up eric holder and his fast and furious scandal and se what happened. Then compare it to your last post. lol

@katielass DJT actually refused to accept an indictment, filed a countersuit in response and a bunch of bs arguments are being made that a sitting president can't be indicted. So i don't know if there is or isn't sufficient evidence.

@jehova You've been misinformed.
