Would you say DJT isn't fulfilling his oath to uphold the constitution?
I mean he's slowly dismantling it. Should be left up to the states in then end; preferably by referendum. Once the economic results occur, we will see what happens?

@StrictSouthernHOH to be fair I had miss-read it is only a proposal. It'll get watered down/compromised upon. or just left to the states
